Our merchant platform enables us to link our customers and suppliers through an international network focused on local market needs. Paper, board and other materials are bought in bulk from suppliers around the world and sold in smaller quantities and custom sizes to meet our customers' requirements. The stock is stored in our warehouses and delivered to customers. Our business operates through a sustainable supply chain supported by a robust product stewardship framework including a Global Supply Chain Policy and independent certification systems such as PEFC and FSC to ensure we use approved sustainable fibre sources. Our operating companies hold FSC or PEFC Chain of Custody certification where appropriate. We are committed to providing a wide range of products with environmental credentials.
We work in close partnership with a wide spectrum of customers, in particular printers, designers, publishers, advertisers, corporations and the office market. We offer our customers unbiased access to superior international brands leveraged through our strong supplier relationships around the world.
